National Association of Government Employees, Local R 3 -19, is the exclusive representative for non – supervisory Registered Nurses employed by the VA Maryland Health Care System. Included in the bargaining unit are all full–time and part–time Registered Nurses, including but not limited to, staff nurses, nurse practitioners, nurse anesthetists, and other advanced practice nurses.
